🌿      Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Jenna Jones Psychic, I honour the time, energy, and preparation that goes into every session I create for my clients. Each appointment is a sacred commitment of time and space, and I ask that the same level of respect be shown in return.

✨ Cancellations & Rescheduling

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee.

✨ No-Shows

• If you do not attend your appointment and have not contacted me in advance, the full session fee will be charged.

✨ Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened to respect the next client’s booking, and the full fee will still apply.

✨ Why This Matters
As a self-employed therapist, each missed session has a real impact — both energetically and financially. This policy allows me to maintain balance, fairness, and the ability to continue offering my work to those who truly value and need it.
